Le bamboo is a grass species (Poaceae) whose stem bends in the wind without breaking.
The part used is tabashir. Tabashir is a siliceous concretion that forms inside the cavity of bamboo stems at the nodes.
Its high silica content (more than 90%) makes it a valuable ally for many ailments.
As a remineralizing agent, it stimulates the synthesis of type I collagen. (*1)
