Chamomile is used in case of stress, tension, agitation... It is recommended for calming nervousness and stress.
Chamomile has the particularity of soothing stomach pains and relieving digestive problems that are often caused by stress and nervousness. It facilitates digestion and elimination.
Chamomile is also useful in case of tension. It will be used to relieve stress-related issues, irritability (muscle contractions, tense horse...).
Chamomile has a calming effect on pain. It is used for mares prone to painful and difficult heats.
As a lotion, Chamomile soothes eye irritations in horses and relieves the painful udders of mares.
The parts used are the flower heads (the flowers).
Its main constituents are flavonoids (apigenin), sesquiterpene lactones (bisabolol), and coumarins.
Treatment: We recommend 3-week treatments.
